Looking For A New Mobile Phone? The LG Optimus 7 May Be For You

An unlikely contender from the Microsoft Corporation entered the mobile phone market with a band with the advent of the LG Optimus 7. The mobile phone market has been under the control of Apple and Android for several years now, but the tide of change could be coming. After looking over tons of consumer and professional feedback, I can confidently tell you that this new Windows phone is a serious improvement for the often times lackluster operating system. Without any further ado, let’s take a closer look at what has made this phone stand out in the mix.

Controlling Your Phone

There are few things more irritating than a phone that does not respond when you want it to, or arguably even worse, one that seems to do stuff on its own. Will this phone get you busted dishing gossip with an accidental butt dial; probably not! A common thought among most everyone who has used and interacted with this phone is that it offers a more than adequate control system. This starts with the well-crafted controls found at the bottom of the phone and continues up through the touch screen controls. A solid touch is required to initiate phone functions, but the consistency makes it quite acceptable.

Can You Hear Me Now?

You guessed it; we are now going to take a look at the output of the phones speakers. The LG Optimus 7 comes with only one speaker, which does a very decent job. The speaker used in this phone has been reported by many as more than capable of creating a decently loud ringtone. Again, since this model only has one speaker, it is also used for the speakerphone and has done well enough to avoid any serious complaints. Those of you who often use headphones will be happy to see a free set packaged with this device. While certainly not of the highest quality, they are known to be comfortable and produce sound decently.

Designer Curves

Are you looking for a phone that will wow your friends and leave onlookers green with envy? If you answered yes, this just may not be the phone for you. However, if you are looking for a sleek phone with little flare, you should be drawn even closer to this device. Although mostly average, there are a few details that really catch the eye on this phone. The first flare you will notice is the camera, which is surrounded with a metallic ring that doubles as a shield for the camera’s sensitive parts. Aside from that the same pronounced buttons that help with control add a nice little detail. Ultimately, this phones slick looks make it a perfect complement to your business suit or beach attire.

Speaking without bias, this Windows based phone is a great addition to the LG line. Although you may find some flaws in the style of this phone, the near flawless operating system keeps it in a top contender spot. I would recommend at least taking a closer look when you are browsing for a new phone.
